Victorio VKP1010 Apple and Potato Peeler with Suction Base is made of sturdy enamel-coated cast-iron and stainless steel blades. The adjustable blades are sharp and easily replaceable. This peeler will peel, slice and core at the same time in one easy step by simply turning the crank handle. The result is even slices of 1/4" slices and is a great time saver. The thin slices will dry thoroughly in Victorio Food Dehydrator. Use the adjustable peeling blade to just peel, the coring and slicing blade to just core and slice, or use both blades together to peel, core and slice. It also allows the flexibility to choose how deep or how little peel is needed. The slicing and coring blade can be removed when peeling potatoes. The peeling blade can also be removed completely if non-peeled slices are desired. The tension on the peeling arm is controlled by a spring so it conforms to the shape of the apple or potato giving a perfect peel every time. The peeler also comes with a suction base for convenience and mounts to any non-porous surface and is pretty easy to clean and maintain.
