The top-loading CDG player comes with 2-digit LED display, two microphone jacks with volume control. This system plays regular CDs as well as CD+G discs and displays scrolling song lyrics. The RCA-type A/V cable connects to any television to display lyrics, and produces quality audio and video outputs. It includes an easy to grip microphone and built-in speaker for clear sound/audio output. The system is portable, perfect size for small room or parties. The Singing Machine with disco lights has customizable controls for voice, speakers and echo.

However, the device produces not so good sound quality and is not worth the purchase as per some users. The Machine lacks an MP3 player port, is not compatible with any external music devices, works, or plays only CDs.
