Bayer Contour 7393 USB Blood Glucose Monitoring System is the first and only USB integrated diabetes monitor and connects directly to a computer for instant access to information, trends, and patterns. It comes with “No Coding” technology making it easy to move strips between meters. It has easy to read, full color display and needs small blood sample size for quick and fast reading. An illuminated strip port aids testing in the dark. The meter has 2000 test memory and 500 MB extra memory to store other data. It runs on rechargeable battery through USB via computer or provided wall charger.

Bayer Contour 7393 is a plug & play USB meter and it opens Bayer's Diabetes Management Software, Glucofacts® onto your computer to easily view result history and trends. This program also allows quick and easy data sharing with healthcare provider. The software is Java based and is supported on Windows and Mac computers.

Some users complain that they cannot delete a reading from the meter and also it is hard to sync with Bluetooth.
