The Stamina AeroPilates 700 Premier Reformer comes with high quality heavy-steel frame construction and features 4 heavy-duty, elastic cords which provide 4 different levels of workout resistance. It is capable to perform over 50 exercises to tone, stretch and shape the entire body. This equipment is relatively very quiet while in operation, and the ultra-smooth rollers and gliders ensures safe and effective workout every time. The included stand in the Reformer elevates about 10 inches from ground that helps for more advanced exercises. The adjustable headrest and oversized high-density foam shoulder pads offer additional support and comfort. The reformer is the only machine that gives a low-impact, cardiovascular workout; for its user-friendly additional features of adjustable ropes, straps and hand grips to fit any user, irrespective of size, shape and height. The Premier Reformer with Cardio Rebounder includes DVD's along with full color workout chart for correct moves and monitoring. The DVD's consists of two easy to follow, simple and safe videos on regular and cardio workouts.
However, the included DVD is poorly made, both in depth of instruction and audio/video quality.
Overall, the Stamina AeroPilates 700 Premier Reformer with Stand, Cardio Rebounder, Neck Pillow and DVDs is highly recommended by users for its easy to assemble/use features and quality. This equipment is perfect as opposed to floor Pilates workouts and also for people with back, arm, strength issues, as it does not strain the back and knees while working on core.

Users noticed difference in 4 weeks of regular workout • Good for people with back, balance, core and arm strength issues • Helps in cardio and stretch without straining back and knees
Since I started using the Reformer 3 days a week, I saw a difference in 4 weeks in my ability to go up and down stairs easily and am not even doing the full regime of exercises.
I was lucky enough to attend several private lessons with at a local pilates center when my chiropracter suggested it was a good exercise for someone with my back, balance and core and armstrengthissue My mindset that exercise had to be high impact (Zumba, Jazzercise, Running, etc.) quickly faded when I saw the amazing results after a few months of working on the reformer.
I've back issues so it not only seems to be helping with stretches but also you definitely can get cardio exercise without straining your back or your knees.
I do the 30 minutestrength exercises first, then change the foot bar for the Rebounder and do another 20 minutes on that.
I ordered the pull-up bar and have incorporated some of those exercises in my routine.
Bought this so I wouldn't injure myself while exercising.
I exercised 3 to 4 days a week and felt I was getting some benefits.
I encourage anyone looking to buy a Pilates machine to get one with the Rebounder.

The equipment itself is very sturdy and well made • Equipment is relatively very quiet • Resistance works well on the muscles • Adds up to upper body exercises, with continued great core work
Easy to follow instructions for assembly • The DVD is poor in quality and depth of instructions • It's fun to work out on it • Includes 2 DVD - regular and cardio, easy and simple to follow for correct moves
But... once I got it assembled I tried to watch the two supplied DVD's(Level 1 Workout& Cardio Workout)..
The dvd that came with it's a great workout and she goes slowly enough and uses simpleenough movements where it's easy to get the proper instruction and form.
The DVD that came with the Reformer SUCKS, (It really is bad, both in the quality and depth of the instruction and the visual and sound quality) I prefer the Stott Pilates: At Home Reformer WorkoutDVD, but the machine is great; it was easy to put together, it's sturdy and working out on it's fun.
There are 2 beginning DVD's - the regular whole body, and the cardio workouts so its easy and simple to follow to be sure to do the moves correctly.

I put in the DVD and do the workout for 30 minutes.

Truely superlative and versitile pilatesmachine, and although it's not cheap, compared to the cost of pilatesinstructorclasses and joining a gym for access to these types of machines, it's actually a much better value.
I've been taking cardio tramp and reformer classes for about 7 months at a Pilatesstudio that uses STOTTPilatesequipment.
If you're in to reformer Pilates as opposed to floorPilates, this's definitely the machine to purchase.
We've no hesitation in recommending this machine if you're looking for an affordablepilates reformer.
I've bought the same machine(Aero Pilates 55-4650B) a few years back directly from Stamina.
For those doing the regular pilates, this machines takes it to another level.
I tried stottspilates, (no machine) and it caused more harm than good.
The machine and platform were easy to assemble.
(My husband uses the Pilates reformer in conjunction with body weight exercises.
