Handy and compact, it includes a turning cap with prongs to hold, that helps in turning the veggies through the spiral slicer. It comes with 2 blades: Medium - cuts 2mm x 3mm thick julienne shreds and Large - cuts 3.5mm x 5mm thick julienne shreds. This cutter is easy to clean by simply rinsing with warm water and mild detergent and is also dishwasher safe.
