Its unique peanut-shaped ball offers full support to back during workouts and helps to alleviate pain/sore muscles. This design encourages the user to engage in core exercises more efficiently, and minor adjustments in the placement of ball will help in controlling the workout difficulty in return for a stronger, healthier back and firmer midsection.

Quick and easy to inflate, this back care kit includes - a cute green colored peanut shaped ball, air pump and a DVD with 2 workouts.
