Weider Total Body Works 5000 Gym is a versatile all-in-one body work out system that offers 50+ exercises to define and shape your arms, shoulders, back, abs, hip, thighs, and calves. The machine helps in working out every major muscle group extremely well. It has four adjustable power bands for up to 50-Pounds of additional resistance. It is quick and easy to assemble. Convenient slide away technology provides space saving design which gives quick and easy storage.
The machine is well designed and solidly constructed. Users love the cable weights and the idea of using their own body weight as resistance to work out. The machine comes with Weider exercise chart. It is reasonable in price and offers a good value for its cost.
Users complain that replacement parts pricing is outrageous. Some users do not like this machine for leg exercises because it provide little to no resistance.
Overall, it is a sturdy, well built and easy to use, excellent workout machine at reasonable price.
