The Vitafusion Prenatal Vitamins does not contain iron; therefore, it is easy for digestion and eliminates iron vs. vitamin constipation problems. These gummies are Gluten-free, Soy-free, Dairy-free, Peanut-free and is tested for mercury and PCBs.

However, many user reviews mention the missing components of iron and calcium to be a disadvantage, as it adds up another supplement intake. Some users do not like certain flavors much.

This is only a Vitamin supplement vs. Mineral Recommended maximum intake of Vitamin A for a pregnant woman is 2500IU but one dose (two gummies) supplies 4000IU which is relatively on higher side Recommended by many to all pregnant ladies
