Aways had a rough time starting my Ry80940 series pressure washer. I am know looking for a company that would look at the unit and fix if needed. I live in Greensboro, GA 30642. Could you recommend a repair shop. thanks Bud
Where is the engine oil drai plug located
Not recommended pressure pump packed it in after 4 uses. repair shop have had it for 7 weeks waiting on a replacement pump from Ryobi. Called Ryobi who informed me that it takes 12 weeks to send a replacement pump. I said that was not acceptable, so the rep hung up on me. Not a happy user.
Did you try taking it back to HomeDepot? Ryobi is Home Depot's brand and may be they could have helped you better. Sorry to hear about your bad experience with this Ryobi 3100-PSI 2.5-GPM Honda Engine Gas Pressure Washer.
