Pros & Cons
Crayola Colored Pencils are made with thick, soft leads, so they won't break easily under pressure. The smooth colors are perfect for color mixing and blending, as well as practicing more detailed techniques. These colored pencils are good for kids entering kindergarten when they begin to explore the art and have urge to draw smaller, intricate shapes. Crayola pencils are loved by middle-schoolers too as they appreciate the generous assortment of vibrant colors as well as the convincing metallic shades of silver and gold. The pencils come pre-sharpened and are pretty cheap.
Many users complain that lead is brittle and keeps breaking when sharpening. Also, half the pencil gets wasted since the lead keeps breaking.
Overall Crayola Colored Pencils Set is a great set for casual drawing and everyday use and appropriate for any household.
