It delivers crisp, sharp documents, graphics and KODAK Lab-Quality Photos that last a lifetime. The printer is easy to setup and it has easy to setup Wi-Fi connectivity. This printer offers printing from cloud using mobile devices like Android phones. The menu navigation is user friendly and the control panel is easy-to-use.

Users complain that print speed is slow and paper get jammed very often. This printer takes a lot of ink to print and thus ends up being expensive for per page printing. It needs all the color and black cartridges to print. If any of those cartridges are low, it stops printing. The printer does not last very long and breaks easily.

Overall, user are not very happy with the quality of this printer and they rate it poorly for many things. High total cost of printing, frequent paper jams and poor product quality are major issues with this printer.
