The roller therapy is not only cost effective but is considered a good alternative for laser resurfacing, chemical peeling, derma/microbrasion or ablatives. The rollers barrel and handle are made of polycarbonate resin and has a polished stainless steel axle. The roller features a unique technology to retain the placement of 200 stainless steel bristles. The bristles size/thickness ranges from 0.2 mm to 1.5 mm which is considered safe for home use by adults, and sizes from 2 mm or beyond should be used under anesthesia in clinical setting only. The utility of various sizes is as follows -

• 0.2 mm - Increased penetration of skin care products and overall improvement of skin color and texture.
